Overview

This unit is brand new to the Vacation Rental market. A quaint 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is perfect for a small family. Enclosed property with front yard space for playing on the grass. A beach access is just 1 house over, so in about 1 minute walk you will be on the sand at a portion of beautiful Kailua Beach. Downstairs has a split system AC which cools the living area, kitchen and master bedroom. Extra person Fee of $25 per night per person after the 4th guest. This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time. The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30 day period. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. In compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a period of thirty (30) days. If you do not stay for the full 30 day period and stay for your scheduled dates the property will remain vacant through the end of the scheduled 30 day period.

Our stay at Nani's cottage was wonderful. The house was spotless, air conditioned and supplied with everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as linens, towels and beach gear. The beach access was one house over and very convenient. There was a spectacular view of the sunrise from the upstairs bedroom! Misty arranged for us to check in smoothly and was a pleasure to work with. A dining table and chairs out on the deck would have provided a place for meals for the three of us as the house has only a counter with two stools. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone who wants to enjoy the beach at Kailua away from the crowds.
