A valid government issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check in. A 250 USD security deposit per stay per day in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check in. The security deposit will be released upon check out and can take up to 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account. Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge. No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The resort will do everything possible to avoid this unlikely event. However should the need arise to change your room you will be advised at the time of check in. You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resorts Rules and Regulations including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests.
