Failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation by 4PM CST one day prior to arrival will result in a cancellation charge of one night room and tax. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. You are required to provide a current record of health and vaccination from a licensed doctor of veterinarian medicine. We execute a zero-tolerance policy regarding aggressive behavior. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior including but not limited to excessive barking baring teeth lunging or charging growling nipping and biting. No pet shall be permitted to reside at Oakwood WaterWalk should they display evidence of disease. Pet urinating or defecating in inappropriate locations on the property will be subject to removal. No pet shall be permitted to reside at Oakwood WaterWalk without proper documentation updated annually. Displays of these behaviors will be given one notice to control/cease. A second notice for compliance will require immediate removal of the pet. You are responsible to comply in removal. Oakwood WaterWalk management intervention makes you solely responsible for all charges incurred to safely remove transport and kennel your pet. WEIGHT LIMITS ONE PET NO MORE THAN 75 POUNDS TWO PETS NO MORE THAN 50 POUNDS EACH Pet Friendly: 125 USD one-time non-refundable pet fee. DNA testing will be performed on dogs at an additional 75 USD per dog and additional fines imposed for failure to clean up after dogs in pet walking areas.
