Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in will forfeit the full deposit. Otherwise except for Holidays Special Events and reservations booked under certain promotional codes reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours prior to scheduled check-in. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to scheduled check-in will forfeit the full deposit. Reservations for Holidays Special Events or reservations booked under certain promotional codes as identified at the time of your reservation may be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days prior to check-in. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled check-in will be charged an amount equal to the entire reservation. No-shows and reservations booked under certain non-refundable promotional codes, as identified at the time of your reservation will not receive any refunds for advance deposits or payments made. Please consult your confirmation letter for reservation type and cancellation details. DepositPolicy An advance deposit is required in order to guarantee your reservation. All reservations will require a credit card that will be charged an amount equal to a minimum of one -1- night stay -plus applicable tax- at the time of booking depending on the type of reservation. The remaining balance of the reservation is due at time of check-in. Select packages PayPal payments and non-refundable rate plans may require full payment in advance which will require the entire amount being charged to your credit card at time of booking. Policies Check in 4pm Check out 10am You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. A valid government issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check in. A 250 USD security deposit per stay per day in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check in. The security deposit will be released upon check out and can take up to 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account. The resort accepts Visa Mastercard American Express and Discover credit cards. Prepaid cards checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted. The tax rate is 12.5 PCT plus a 22 USD per day energy surcharge, per room per night. Pets are not permitted. Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge. No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance 100 PCT will be forfeited. In order to accommodate rental guests at this resort it may be necessary to make a room change during a guest stay. The resort will do everything possible to avoid this unlikely event. However should the need arise to change your room you will be advised at the time of check in.
