$800 - $1,350 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $500.00 security deposit. $550.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax.   • Beautiful home and property. The beachside lawn is enormous which gives you the feel of a very open and relaxing atmosphere. Home is very well maintained with excellent decor and amenities. Guest services were excellent as we were met upon check in and they were readily available to answer any questions during our stay. This home has a full bathroom in every room which we thought was a unique feature and it worked out well for our group. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beachfront property that you are able to walk out from the home straight to the beach. The beach in front of the home is the best we have ever been to and enjoyed it very much. We look forward to coming back.

  • Beautiful home right on Kailua Beach. Front lawn is like a golf course super green and HUGE. Home is set back from the ocean so the large lawn makes us feel like were are on a large estate. The guest services and booking of this home was very professional from the start to end of our vacation. Home has a bathroom in every room and a half bath in the laundry room. It was summer and warm as it should be in Hawaii but the tradewinds kept as very cool. Lots of great window ventilation in this home. We have many fond memories to keep from this vacation and would definitely like to come back. I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

  • First off the rental / welcoming staff was wonderful - very gracious, nice people. Easy to work with and very professional. This property is right on one of the best beaches in the world - soft, pillowing sand with turquois waters. This is the place you want to be if you stay here (and why wouldn't you)? What is great about this house is that it has a bathroom for each bedroom - so no sharing. The front, covered porch is nice when its raining- and there is a 'fridge out front for cooling water bottles. There is a wonderful breeze off the ocean all the time so the house is constantly cooled.
