Starting from $150.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $50.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

This was a perfect rental - from the comfort of the studio to the wonderful hosts to the beautiful location. As a business traveler frequently coming to Hawaii, this is the first time I felt like I was 'home away from home'. I can't say enough about the high quality and cleanliness of the room, and the ease of access to the gorgeous beach and hiking trails. Will definitely stay here again!!

Not only was the unit exceptionally clean, but bed and pillows excellent - best we had on 4 islands! Would definitely rebook and highly recommend to all looking for a great place to stay away from big city life - very quiet!!

The unit was lovely, and the hosts very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the basket of goodies and written restaurant advice. rnThe location was the finest on the windward coast, but unit could be improved by a shade for the skylight, a bigger TV and an internet connection. Prospective renters should be warned that the unit is above a 3 car garage, and the automatic doors are noisy early in the morning and late at night.

We have since added a large flat screen TV and we have had an internet connection for many years. We have also insulated the garage and have not received complaints. We ask our guests if they hear the garage door to please let us know as we have ample parking outside so as not to use the doors at all.

Loved the area.Sylvia was a fantastic host and her family was also great. Lots of info on where to go and things to do.The walk to the beach was long only because the beauty stopped you in your tracks.We will return again soon.They paid attention to our needs,like a 1st class hotel.FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!

I stayed at the Hale Onekea from 6 August to 9 August 2005. The hosts are delightful and the room has everthing you could possibly want. The location is excellent - while there is no view of the water, it is a 2 minute walk to Lanikai beach.
