Not only is it on absolutely prime beachfront in Lanikai (lots of non-eroded sand), it impressively has 2 huge yards streetside and oceanside, and a very large IONIZED POOL & JACUZZI (no cholorinated pool, no salt water - ionized means you're swimming in like fresh, bottled water - very cool!). The architecture of the house and the pool is exquisite - all the living areas downstairs open out to the pool AND the beach with beautiful sliding doors. Has a stainless steel BBQ and dining area beachside AND lots of comfortable, attractive deck furniture to lounge on the patio or on the grass by the beach. The house also has a media room with a baby grand piano - also opens out to the courtyard. Apart from the architecture and the obvious beach-villa-with-pool amenities, what is so exquisite about this house is in all the details! Very gorgeous, COMFORTABLE furniture. Blue marble kitchen counter. Several sets of fancy and not-so-fancy dining wear for eating with adults or with kids. A large salt water AQUARIUM in the dining area - you can stare at this beautiful aquatic scene all day. Interesting coral and seashell decorations throughout. A lounging area just for the master bedroom (good for yourself or kids who might want to watch TV by their parents?) that opens out to a beachside balcony with spectacular views. A huge king size bed- master bedroom with other lounge furniture, and a unique and gorgeous master bathroom with walk-in shower equipt with stereo, luxury bath designed to have a particular ocean and sky vantage point, exquisite vanity and a balcony opening onto the courtyard with spectacular MOUNTAIN views! You can't get more luxurious than this Villa Lanikai Ali'i on the beach. Another king size spacious bed master bedroom is upstairs with en-suite bathroom, and two other bedrooms equally as beautiful. The fifth bedroom of this house is downstairs with en-suite bathroom.

Lanikai is a famous beach neighborhood in the islands, known for its white sand beach and shallow turquoise waters protected by the reef out by Mokulua Islands closeby. It is only a walk away from world famous Kailua beach - where you can swim in more turquoise shallow waters, take walks on the long stretch of white sands, or learn to kite surf, windsurf, surf, paddle board, or kayak to the Mokuluas. There is something for absolutely everybody at Kailua beach - also Kailua town. Every kind of food from Indian and Moroccan to Italian and Vegan. Several boutiques, hairdressers, groceries, hardware supply stores, water-sport activity stores, cafes, delis, smoothie shops, movie-rentals, anything you want. 30 minute drive to Ala Moana Shopping Mall, Waikiki and Honolulu.
