$250 - $325 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $161.45 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Reviews

Though the accomodations were smaller than I typically like this one overcame that luxury by its superb location. If you enjoy the "sound of the sea" then this is the condo for enjoying that 24/7. The views from this condo would be difficult to beat as well. My visit permitted me to observe the migrtating whales, and a daily entertainment of turtles just off the lanai as they played in the surf. Great walking to either local beaches too.

Awesome says it all! Great place to stay, surpassed our expectations. Great place to come home to or just to hang out. Saw whales, turtles, sting rays you name it right from our lanai. The place was clean, had plenty of kitchen pots pans etc. we really loved our stay!

Great Vacation. Our first time in Kauai was the most memorable vacation because we got to see many whales from the best viewpoint in all of Kauai: our lanai at Pop204.

There were many other memorable times and places such as the lighthouse on the north shore and waimea canyon and a certain helicopter ride, but the million dollar view advertised for Pop204 was best of all.

Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
