Lovely, clean, well stocked condominium. Very quiet and private, yet near many wonderful beaches. We made good use of the barbeque and deck to dine and watch the sunset. We would certainly love to stay at Mauna Lani again, should we return to the big island.

Absolutely beautiful condo. We've stayed many times in Hawaii and this was the most modern and beautiful. The resort was also very nice (pool, hot tub, exercise room, etc.). The golf course was stunning. I am not a golfer but this course made me want to take it up. Absolutely beautiful.

We were not as close to the beach as we would have liked but it was still close enough (2 minutes by car, 15 by foot). The other nearby beaches (Hapuna and Kikaua) were some of the most beautiful we've ever seen. Kikaua had the best snorkeling we've ever found in Hawaii--even better than Haunama Bay.

Overall, excellent vacation. We fell in love with the Big Island!!!

The golf villas were great, especially for a family group such as ours. The service we received from all was timely and efficient. The unit was very well equipped and it really felt like home. We spent a lot of time on the beach with our grandsons as it was perfect for "little ones". The only thing I missed was a view of the sunset-it would have been nice to be able to see them.

The townhouse was just as beautiful as the pictures shown! It was perfect for a group of seven; myself, my husband, our 2 children, my parents and my mother-in-law. The lanai was great - we ate most of our meals out there and grilled often. The inside and outside were well maintained. A few small ants showed up after we left some food on the counter - we learned quickly to put everything in the refrigerator and had no issues after that. The resort itself is a well maintained property with several very good restaurants - a little pricey. It was great having a grocery store on the property and just a few blocks away from the townhouse. The private beach for those staying at the townhouses was very nice and good for snorkeling as well. It is definitely more than a 20 minute walk (more like 45) - so you'll want to drive to it and make sure you're there before 9:30 a.m. to ensure you are able to get beach chairs. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Make sure you go to the shopping area at night - they have a free show each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evening at 7 and 8 p.m. near the water fountain. There are different shows each night which are very entertaining as well as educational. It was great place to stay and I would highly recommend it to others!

The online photos of the facility do not do it justice. This was a high end property - and in a great location for snorkeling, fishing, tennis, golf and dining. I also really appreciated the ongoing communication from the Vacation Rental staff. Their information was timely and sufficiently detailed to make for a totally enjoyable visit.
