Be among the first to enjoy this Golf Course Front Villa. Newly constructed in August 2007, our Villa has over 1400 square feet of luxury for you to enjoy. It is located on the first floor and is overlooking the eighth hole of the Waikoloa Beach Resort's Beach Golf Course. "The Waikoloa Beach Villas" is a gated community with two pools, hot tubs, BBQ areas, and two fitness centers. It's a short walk to Anaeho omalu Bay Beach, and a two-minute walk to shopping, restaurants, spas, and Hawaiian cultural activities.

You must see our pictures to appreciate the interior beauty of our home. We have spared no expense in making this Villa among the most beautiful in the resort. There are nine-foot ceilings in every room and a feeling of openness and luxury that is difficult to find anywhere else.

The kitchen has custom mahogany cabinetry, granite slab counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to make gourmet meals.

We have created a romantic master suite with a king bed. The master bathroom has a huge soaking tub and a separate shower with a gorgeous black pebble floor. There are two spa robes for your enjoyment. The second bedroom is also very comfortable and is decorated with traditional Hawaiian quilts on two twin beds that can be made into one king bed upon request.

Not only is it beautiful, romantic and comfortable, but it is also "child friendly," We have special "Child Amenities" for your little one's to enjoy as well (see the "child amenities" page on our website). There is wireless internet access and many games/toys and an X-box for family fun.

You will also have access to the garage, beach/pool towels, beach chairs, beach toys, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and rolling cooler. All guest of the Waikoloa Beach Resort will receive discounted golf rates.

On site property managers are available if you need anything during your stay. This will quickly become your "home away from home."

Rates

Starting from $150.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $500.00 security deposit. $160.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

We weren't thrilled with Kona, preferred Kauai or Maui or Molokai for future trips but if you are going to Kona, this is the ONLY place to stay. The decor was great. We felt home and relaxed at the same time. THe best beach in all of Kona is 5 mintues away. The pool and hot tub and 50 feet away. The view of the golf course is nothing but peaceful, but when you see the sunset in your bedroom window, it's glorious. And the owners were gems to work with. Extremely helpful people. Guided us to Costco and gave us their personal should any problems arise. The rental agent forgot to give us the lockbox code but Sam and Tony were on it with all the instruvtions we needed.

Our only wish, if we had one, was that this condo was on Kauai so we could use it again.
