They are located within 150 feet of a beautiful white sand beach and two blocks away from all the fun and adventures of Town. The Breakwater Estates offers the ultimate in oceanfront privacy and luxurious accommodations. The Breakwater Estates property has two homes: Alii Hale and the Princess Hale.

ALII HALE is approximately 3600 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms & 3 baths, formal dinning room, and master suite with large Jacuzzi. Amenities: DVD Entertainment System, 2 TV's, VCR, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, A/C in master bedroom, Fax machine, Formal dining room, gas barbecue, pool, Jacuzzi, and attached garage.

PRINCESS HALE is a 3200 sq. ft. home with 2 bedrooms, 3 baths and den or 3rd bedroom, featuring an expansive master bedroom with stunning views from a second level deck jutting over the ocean. Amenities: Fully furnished including Stereo, CD player, DVD, VCR, TV, BBQ, pool, Jacuzzi, attached garage.

Rates

Starting from $1,700.00 per night. 50% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $1,000.00 security deposit. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

The property was beautiful. Well appointed. We are looking forward to renting this property again in the future. Only a couple of comments: the hot tub was not hot for several days (out of butane, then the pilot light was not turned on). More importantly: Please mention to future renters that pesonal safety/security should not be abandoned. Being in paradise, it's easy to forget the we are still in the real world and bad things can happen. My brother-in-law was assaulted on Baby Beach the last night of our stay. He required 40 stitches to his face. We are grateful that he was not more seriously injured. The property management was very generous in allowing us to stay a little later in the day (on the day of check-out) to allow my brother-in-law to recover a bit before flying back to the mainland. Aloha! This was a family vacation. Eeryone had a great time in Hawaii! Friendly island people -- and lots to do. With 13 in our group, we chose to eat most of our dinners at home. We were pleasantly surprised to find everything we needed for our special dinners in the local food stores -- and we worked in a pineapple dish into each meal! Maui Gold is the best we have ever tasted. Our kitchens were well equipped to serve up evseryth;ing we prepared. We all had lunch one day at MaLa's just up the road from Breakwater Estates. It was great. Breakwater is a wonderful home to stay in with a big family. We hope that the owners take care of the few maintainance problems - termites in particular. Other little things here and there. Painters arrived as we left - so maybe they are thinking about putting house in as great a shape as I am sure it once was. All in all we had a wondersul time and I would recommend both the house and your services to our friends.

We rented both units for 3 families and everything was better than described! The property is perfectly situated, two blocks to shopping, two blocks to the beach, but so wonderful we didn't want to go anywhere. We are looking forward to returning to the Breakwater Estates.
