The house was amazing! We had 10 family members stay here, there was plenty of room. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want. The kayaks were so much fun. The customer service was excellent, Lori was so friendly and was available immediately when we called her. The house was a perfect vacation home for all of us. I highly recommend this house.

Starting from $700.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $100.00 security deposit. $475.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

My favorite part of the house was the outdoor pool and spa area - lots of lounging room was great for an informal gathering. The bathrooms were spotless and the layout of the house was convenient. The reception staff were courteous, warm and helpful. Being so close to the ocean was soothing, even though it rained most of the time. All the seating areas allowed for a lot of privacy. I called to advise that the gas grill was almost out of propane and a person showed up at my door in 15 minutes - impressive! Cooking in the kitchen was a snap because it had everything we needed. The spa comfortably seated 4 people, perfect. Only downsides: 1. The master bedroom air conditioner is broken. 2. The pull-out couch in the living room area has such a worn mattress as to make it unusable. 3. The upstairs unit needs an air conditioner. Thank you so much for such a delightful stay. We will surely contact you should be require future reservations.
