Starting from $1,195.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $1,000.00 security deposit. $600.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

terrific location with beautiful lawn fronting a wonderful beach. House is lovely, cool breezes blowing even when it gets hot out. No complaints other than the noisy birds at night as noted by others and windows that need to be fixed to open upstairs. But that doesn't dampen our enthusiasm for the location. Liked Lucy's restaurant. Definitely recommend depending on the price.

The stay here was truly amazing. The quiet neighborhood and breathtaking views make this house a true getaway. Usually by the end of my vacations I'm ready to get back home and get back in the swing of things but not this one leaving this place felt like getting my heart broken for the first time. For anyone how is considering this house I promise you won't be disappointed.
