The fenced, gated property offers complete privacy, and expansive indoor/outdoor living perfect for an active family or a couple looking for a romantic retreat. The large first floor living area includes a wonderful family room with comfortable tropical furnishings, a classic Hawaiian punee, and oversized sliding doors opening onto the lanai and lawn. The large, upscale country kitchen and dining area are right off the living room, creating the perfect ohana setting. Two beautifully appointed guest room suites finish out the first floor. Upstairs, the large master suite includes a private deck overlooking the ocean and a study/library area, perfect for a nursery or additional bedroom area. This property requires a 30 day minimum stay.

The Delafields and Kelloggs had a wonderful week at Hale Lanikai. The kids loved the beach, the pool and the geckos. The front lawn was the perfect place for an evening drink in a warm sea breeze with a spectacular view.

This is a wonderful location and house, look forward to a repeat visit.
