Fairways 1805 is a spacious two-story townhouse in a private gated development, and located only a short walk away from a private amenity center where guests can access a swimming pool, hot tub and fitness center. This spacious home can accommodate up to six people comfortably, and is close to the best beaches, restaurants and shops on the Kohala Coast! The living room has a large HDTV and full media center, and just outside is a private covered lanai with a gas BBQ. Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious first-floor lanai with gas BBQ, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, free WIFI, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. Fairways 1805 is a spacious two-story townhouse in a private gated development, and located only a short walk away from a private amenity center where guests can access a swimming pool, hot tub and fitness center. Parking for one vehicle is provided. The Fairways at Mauna Lani is a non-smoking property. As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs), Mauna Lani Spa, Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club, Mauna Lani Tennis Shop and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale. On-site check-in office (located at the Mauna Lani Terrace) is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency.
