Located at The Point, within the famous Mauna Lani Resort and overlooking the 13th green of the Francis H. II Brown Mauna Lani South course, this villa allows you to watch the golfers compete daily for their highest score. The commanding views stretch along the coast to Honokaope Bays black sand cove and beautiful sunsets beyond. Decorated with Designer furnishings throughout and having a Southwest orientation, light comes in thru the day to brighten the interior.

The expanded great room is incredibly spacious allowing the family to gather in separate areas but still be together. Test your gourmet chef skills in the fully equipped state-of-the-art custom designed kitchen. The beautiful Koa wood cabinets, upscale stainless-steel appliances and a wine fridge will enhance your experience. The 4 bar stools at the expanded counter area allow you to watch up close the chefs magic while preparing a meal. The dining area provides an oversized table with seating for 6pp.

Stretch out and relax in our spacious living room with 4 sitting areas, a large smart TV, wifi and beautiful views. A few steps away lead you to your private covered lanai where you can enjoy alfresco dining for 4 with additional seating. Relax and read a book on one of the 2 lounge chairs located on the lanai. This peaceful setting leads to a large, manicured lawn area to enjoy viewing the Humpback whales go by during their migration season or stargazing at night.

The King Master Suite is very spacious and provides a convenient workstation located next to a sliding glass door leading out to the lanai. A large TV is available to catch a movie or watch the morning news. The en-suite bathroom has dual vanities and the choice of a soaking tub or walk in shower. There is plenty of cabinet space as well as closets in the bedroom area.

The King Guest Bedroom is also very spacious and has a calming tropical view and feel and provides a TV for your use. The Guest Bath provides a walk-in shower using stone and glass.

There is a beautifully decorated powder room just off the kitchen area for your use as well. There is a laundry area inside the villa with a full-size washer/dryer located behind louvered doors. We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, a beach umbrella and cooler for your use. When it's time to check out the rest of the island, walk to your private covered designated parking space.

Mauna Lanis most desirable oceanfront condo community, the Point, offers an amenity center a few steps away from this building. Enjoy the free-form pool, jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor showers, and plenty of comfortable seating areas. The entertaining area has BBQs a kitchen and dining areas.

As guests you will enjoy access and privileges of the private Mauna Lani Beach Club, which boasts one of the best snorkel spots on the island and a protected sandy cove. Have lunch or dinner at Napua the restaurant located there. There are lounge chairs, cabanas, and showers for your use.
