Kulalani is a luxurious gated community, across the street from the Fairmont Orchid, in the renowned Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii.
Kulalani #2305 is a beautiful 2000 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It has a main floor Master Suite with lanai. The well equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops , and extra seating at the kitchen bar. Open concept kitchen dining and living room, main floor master bedroom, cozy beds, and beautiful modern Hawaiian themed decor make this the perfect holiday home for families or couples.
The main floor lanai looks out to open green space and is accessible from either the living room or the master bedroom. It is furnished with a dining table, 2 loungers, and a built-in Viking grill and wet bar.
The main floor Master suite has a king size bed, an extra single daybed, a skylight lit ensuite with dual vanities, an oversize jetted tub with separate glass shower and a walk-in closet.
Main floor laundry includes a full size washer and dryer.
Living room has a flat screen smart TV with cable and access to Netflix and other apps, and Bluetooth enabled sound bar.
Free high speed wifi.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub and shower. 1st bedroom has a queen size bed with a separate double futon and makeup desk. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed and a set of bunk beds.
There is central AC throughout the home and ceiling fans in the living room and in each bedroom.
The Kulalani recreation area is a 3 minute short walk from our unit. It has 2 swimming pools, a shallow toddler pool, 2 hot tubs and a fully equipped gym.
Mauna Lani is also home to two beautiful championship golf courses. Check out the over water hole!
As our guest, you will have access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. This pass includes parking, lounge chairs, and canopied beach beds. The Napua restaurant/lounge has great food and drinks. The white sand beach is a protected enclave with calm waters and great snorkeling. Paddle board rentals are available too!
