Booking Sunrise Paradise Shores gives you complete access to the entire private upstairs 1880 sq ft unit. There is one flight of exterior stairs leading to your lodging. Here you will find one large bedroom with 2 Queen beds, a second bedroom with 1 Queen bed, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a large living room with lounging and dining seating. With endless panoramic ocean views from every window, the expansive kitchen is so welcoming you'll spend hours creating culinary treats to enjoy while drinking in the ocean air. Relax on the upstairs oceanfront lanai and take in the incredible sights of whales swimming by in winter months. Our large living room and dining area give you lots of comfortable space to spread out, watch TV, dine with ocean views, and comfortably hang out together. Free WiFi, SMART TV for streaming your channels, board games and books are all provided entertainment. As is common in this region, there is NO Air Conditioning in the house.Ocean breezes are almost constant and ceiling fans keep the air flowing.

Located in Kea'au, Hawaii on Hawaii Island (aka The Big Island), Sunrise Paradise is about a 30 minute drive from the Hilo International Airport. We are also conveniently located within a 20 minute drive of famed Pahoa Village, and about a 45 minute drive to Volcanoes National Park (a MUST SEE!). From $295 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $255.00 cleaning fee. Depending on dates of booking, additional fees may apply. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
