Welcome to Alii Point #9, a spectacular 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom oceanfront home with unobstructed panoramic views over the sparkling blue waters of the Pacific. From the initial foyer and walkway you enter the cohesive living room, dining room, lounge area and gourmet kitchen. With plenty of ceiling fans and large sliding doors to let in the tropical breeze, this is the perfect place for your entire group to lounge and socialize throughout the day and long into the night. The spacious kitchen is outfitted with several stainless steel appliances, gorgeous Koa wood cabinetry, polished granite counters, a large central island, access to the back lanai (patio), incredible ocean views, and access to the other living areas. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a large table fit for up to 8 guests, as well as the lounge area with 4 comfortable captains chairs and a large coffee table for guests to enjoy. The living room next door is equipped with 2 large couches and a smart TV, with immaculate ocean views abound. To the side is a half bathroom for guests convenience.

Upstairs in the spacious Primary bedroom suite youll find a comfortable King bed, AC, ceiling fan, desk space, viewing area with comfortable couch and a smart TV, and a private balcony with lounge chairs from which you can enjoy the spectacular ocean views of the Kona coastline. The Primary bedroom also comes with its own private ensuite which includes dual vanities with Koa cabinetry and granite counters, a large and luxurious soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The 2nd Bedroom equipped with King bed and 3rd Bedroom equipped with Queen bed both come furnished with Smart TVs, AC, ceiling fan, ocean views, and attached ensuites with walk-in showers.

Step out to the backyard of Alii Point #9 for a wealth of amenities including the solar infinity heated pool and on demand electric heated hot tub, overlooking the glistening ocean waves. Or relax poolside in the beach loungers, beach chairs, loveseat recliner, or at the large dining table fit for 8 where the entire group can enjoy a sumptuous meal while reveling in the beauty of the Hawaiian sunset. Around the corner of the lanai youll find the partially covered exterior space equipped with a long bar counter with bar chairs, barbecue grill station, a refreshing outdoor shower and laundry sink area as well as a lush yard space perfect for a picnic.

Please note that this home is located in a small, upscale, quiet subdivision with strictly enforced noise rules. The infinity pool, rock wall, and location of the bedrooms may not be suitable for children. Additionally, the pool at this property is solar heated and is heated when the weather is conducive from 9 am to 6 pm. If the solar panels are not exposed to direct sunlight, the hot tub will be the same temperature as the pool.
