Alii Point has three well-appointed bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a half-bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and all are furnished with ceiling fans and TVs.

A serene pond with colorful lily pads graces the entrance of this tastefully designed home. Relax into vacation mode upon entering Ali'i Point, which features open-air living areas, wood accents and neutral decor throughout. The living room, dining room, and kitchen connect as a cohesive space with pristine unencumbered views of the ocean.

Enjoy preparing your favorite meal in Alii Points open-design chefs kitchen. Furnished with elegant wood accents and state of the art appliances, youll love the way this space feels. Brew a fresh cup of Kona coffee or a light snack, all the while taking in the pristine views.

With an abundance of large windows throughout, youll feel as if youre cooking outside in the balmy Hawaiin air with the ocean as your scenery. A bar and seating just on the other side allow you to converse with your guests as you cook a savory meal. Bar seating, as well as a dining area with seating for four, offers plenty of dining options for you and your guests.

The living room is comfortably furnished with oversized armchairs, perfect for enjoying views of the waterfall and koi pond just outside the expansive sliding glass doors. Stroll outside to the lanai and relax on the sofa, while immersing yourself in the natural beauty that surrounds you.

When youre ready for a peaceful night of rest, look no further than the luxurious oceanfront master suite, which is furnished with a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan and a private outdoor lanai. A Shiatsu chair offers the perfect place to sit back, close your eyes and listen to the sound of the waves while enjoying a relaxing massage. Two additional guest rooms are also furnished with every comfort, including plush bed linens, TVs, ceiling fans and an abundance of windows. A shared guest bathroom has an over-sized shower, granite countertops, and fluffy cotton towels. Additional amenities include a full-sized washer and dryer, a half-bathroom, free Wifi, cable satellite TV and a solar-heated community hot tub.

Outdoors at Alii Point, youll find an abundance of ways to enjoy yourself. Go for a refreshing swim in the private oceanfront infinity pool. Grill your favorite meat and veggies on the patio and dine al fresco while watching the playful Spinner Dolphins in the ocean just in front of you.

Alii Point is conveniently located two miles from Kailua-Kona, where youll find a variety of dining, shopping and water activities. Youll love exploring the area and its many significant Hawaiian cultural landmarks. Both the Hulihee Palace and the Mokuaikaua Church are located on Alii Drive. King Kamehameha I spent his last years living near the current site of what is now the King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel, until his passing in 1819. The Ahuena Heiau, located on the grounds of the hotel, is a reconstructed temple rebuilt by the late king and is on the register of National Historic Landmarks.

People-watchand cruise ship-watchfrom the Kailua-Kona Pier, where youll have access to Hawaiis best scuba diving, big-game fishing, kayaking, and dolphin and whale watching. Visit the famous farmers market. Enjoy a shave ice or a cup of Kona coffee. Dine on a light snack or a gourmet meal, buy an inexpensive souvenir or a piece of fine art, book an activity, go for a swim or hang out at the beach. The pier is the official starting and finishing point of the Ironman World Championship (held annually in October), and a great place to watch the sunset. Please note that this home is located in a small, upscale, quiet subdivision with strictly enforced noise rules. The infinity pool, rock wall, and location of the bedrooms may not be suitable for children. Additionally, the hot tub at this property is solar heated and is heated when the weather is conducive from 9 am to 6 pm. If the solar panels are not exposed to direct sunlight, the hot tub will be the same temperature as the pool.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.

USE OF PROPERTY:
The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.

CONDITION OF PREMISES:
This property is privately owned. Should any major equipment or appliance malfunction, deficiencies shall be corrected as soon as possible during normal business hours. There will not be any refunds or adjustments. Please report all minor maintenance problems to your on-island property manager.

INVENTORY:
All contents of the house, including books, CD's and DVD's, are provided for your full enjoyment for use during your stay. Please note: A full inventory of the house is taken. Please let us know ahead of time if something is broken or lost, it is very much appreciated.

HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES An initial supply of soaps, cleaning supplies, paper goods and other necessities have been provided for your use. You will likely need to pick up additional supplies during your visit.

CONSERVE ELECTRICITY:
The cost of electricity is extremely high in Hawaii. Please help conserve electricity by shutting off unused appliances, fans, lights etc. Please do NOT change any setting in the freezer of refrigerator.

SHOES IN THE HOUSE:
It is a tradition in Hawaii to remove your shoes before entering a home. Kindly remove shoes upon entering the home.

FURNITURE:
Please do NOT move any furniture around to avoid damaging floors or furniture. Also, please use caution when eating or drinking near any furniture, upholstery, or bedding. Please do not put any wet clothes, bathing suits on the furniture or balcony and/or lanais rails. Interior furniture is to be used ONLY INSIDE. Moving furniture is discouraged. When moving dining chairs or bar stools, please be careful to avoid floor damage. Use lanai furniture on lanai only.

SAND:
Please shake out all of your towels and sandy clothes. Please rinse off by the outside shower.

BEACH TOWELS:
Beach towels have been provided for your enjoyment. Please do not use the regular towels for the beach use. Remember to shake off sand before bringing them into the house to put in the washing machine. Beach towels are located in the den bathroom closet.

BEACH EQUIPMENT:
Please rinse and return after each use.

WASHER AND DRYER:
Please use with care. NEVER put sandy towels or shoes in the machines. This can result in damaging the machine. Please make sure the lint trap is cleaned after each dry cycle.
Please do NOT sit on bedding or furniture with wet suits and do NOT place towels on the furniture they stain and cause mildew.

MAID SERVICES:
Maid service is not provided with your rental, unless otherwise specified in your rental agreement. Please call the property manager should you wish to schedule a cleaning.

SPILLS:
Please clean up immediately! If on linens, pillows etc. Please wash asap to avoid stains.

YOUR SAFETY AND SECURITY:
When leaving the home unattended, or during the night, please close and lock all windows and doors. Be cautious with your personal belongings at all times.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED:
Please do not bring any animals in the home regardless of how adorable they look. They can create a flea problem and professional de-fleaing start at $200.00

OCEAN:
Please remember that the ocean has a strong current and powerful surf. Swim at your own risk. Swimming at Pounder's beach is not recommended except for experienced surfers. Swimming at night is especially dangerous and should not be done by anyone.

PARKING: Please park in your designated parking areas. Please be respectful of the neighbors and do not block driveways, sidewalks or mailboxes.

PARTIES/EVENTS:
This reservation is for quiet residential vacation use only. Therefore, parties, receptions, luaus, events and gatherings of any size or kind are strictly prohibited.

TROPICAL PESTS:
This home is regularly treated for pests. In the tropics, however, they cant always be avoided. Please keep food in air-tight containers; dispose of food scraps in Ziploc or tied plastic bags; do not leave dirty dishes out for extended periods. Special care should also be taken to dispose of diapers in airtight Ziploc's or bags. While most of the pests are harmless, please stay away from our centipedes, which have a nasty sting and can be dangerous.
