A full laundry room and a guest bedroom with a queen size bed complete the lower floor. An indoor fishpond accents the bottom of the staircase to the upstairs. The second floor has three bedrooms, each one with gorgeous ocean views, as well as a lanai for relaxed outdoor seating. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower, as well as private access to the lanai. The middle bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king size bed (upon request) and the third bedroom has a queen size bed.
