Champion Ridge 22 is constructed on a large private lot with 3 separate structures surrounded in lush tropical foliage. Located just a short drive to the Beach Club, golf course, grocery store and restaurants, Champion Ridge 22 is centrally located within the Mauna Lani Resort.
Special features of the home include a huge covered outdoor lanai and living space with gas BBQ, a private pool (unheated), hot tub, and grass yard. Climb the spiral staircase up to the second floor sun deck and marvel at the views of the Pacific Ocean and nightly sunsets. Champion Ridge 22 is designed with high-end finishes, stone floors and new furnishings purchased in December of 2014.
The main hale (house) is comprised of a large chefs kitchen, open-concept dining/living area and an en-suite master bedroom. The grand master bedroom is it's own separate hale, also referred to as the "honeymoon suite", and boasts a luxurious bathroom with a jetted bath and tropical outdoor shower. A third hale offers 2 private bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. There are king size beds in three out of the four bedrooms and a queen size bed in the fourth bedroom. Each bedroom has it's own flat screen TV, outdoor access to lush gardens and total privacy from the others rooms of the house, making it an excellent choice for adult groups.
Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, WIFI at no charge, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.
As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs), Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club, Mauna Lani Tennis Shop and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale.
Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation and taxi service is limited.

The Mauna Lani Beach Club: Enjoy access to the beach chairs, the NaPua's Restaurant (open for lunch & dinner) and ocean gear rentals. A key card will be provided (upon request) to park in the private parking area.
The Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club: For people who are serious about their health, this fully-equipped fitness center includes a lap pool, gym with complete cardio & weight machines and locker room are available for use for a daily or weekly fee. Additional classes such as Zumba, Spinning, Yoga, etc. are also available for a small fee (per class).
The Mauna Lani Tennis Shop: Six Plexipave tennis courts available (Three lighted courts). Court fees apply & are based on per hour / per court.
The Mauna Lani Golf Club: The Francis I'i Brown North & South Courses are considered some of the world's best resort courses with 36 holes of golfing elegance. Designed by Ray Cain, Rodney Wright, and Robin Nelson.
$1,000 - $2,950 per night. 50% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. Additional Fees: $35.00 for Reservation Fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax.
