Fairways 1004 is a newly remodeled resort town-home in a prime destination at the acclaimed Mauna Lani Resort. Located in one of the most private buildings in the community, Fairways 1004 is a spacious two-story loft-style home with all brand-new furniture (2022) and a colorful, modern design. The home faces toward the shoreline and has open views across the world-class North Course golf fairway, along with partial ocean views in the upstairs master bedroom. Enjoy private sunset dinners on your lanai, which has a built-in BBQ and open views across the peaceful golf greens. The master bedroom, located on the second floor, has partial ocean views, a private ocean-facing lanai, a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and a walk-in shower. The master bedroom also has a spacious, newly purchased (2022) sofa sleeper than can be converted to a queen size bed upon request to accommodate 2 additional people. The guest bedroom, located down the hallway upstairs, has a king size bed. The spacious downstairs has high loft ceilings, a living room with an HDTV and a fully stocked chef's kitchen. A laundry room is also located on the first floor, along with a half bathroom.

Guests will have complimentary access to the private lap pool, fitness center, locker rooms, sauna and tennis facilities. This exclusive partnership with the Auberge Mauna Lani is offered to only a select few vacation rental properties. (Membership valid through May 21, 2023 and renewed annually) The Fairways at Mauna Lani are luxury condos in a private gated development with over 20 acres of spectacular grounds. Guests of the Fairways delight in the lush tropical landscaping and community atmosphere of this great vacation property.

All guests who stay at the Fairways at Mauna Lani will have access to use the communal pool, hot tub and fitness room. Parking for one vehicle, per unit is provided. The Fairways at Mauna Lani is a non-smoking property. As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale. Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency.
