Located in the acclaimed Kulalani community, 903 is a two-story townhome in the most quiet corner of the Mauna Lani Resort. Overlooking an often-empty golf fairway, the home has an outdoor BBQ and dining area that is perfect for dinners outside. Large glass sliders allow the living room walls to be fully retracted, allowing guests to create an indoor / outdoor lounging experience.

The home's downstairs also offers a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom and king size bed. The upstairs area has two additional bedrooms - one with a queen bed and a walk-in closet, and another bedroom with both a queen bed and a twin bed, bringing the home's occupancy to six. A shared bathroom with a combined tub/shower is located between the two bedrooms upstairs. All guests who stay at Kulalani at Mauna Lani will have access to use the communal facilities which includes an adults-only lap pool, a state-of-the-art private gym, an adults-only hot plunge and shower facilities. There is a second, larger family pool with a shallow end for small children, a hot tub and a large pavilion area with community gas BBQ's (reserved with the Resident Manager for outdoor cookouts) and expansive lawn space.
