The large covered lanai opens up right over Mauna Lanis ancient Hawaiian fish ponds. The open floor plan living area provides lots of ample space and has been recently renovated with all new flooring and hints of island furnishings and artwork. It also features an entertainment center with a flat screen TV, DVD and CD players, a seating area and wet bar for guests to enjoy. The master bedroom offers a large king size bed with a flat screen TV with a large master bathroom with his and her vanities and separate bathtub and shower as well as private access to the main lanai. The second bedroom offers guests two twin size beds which can be converted into a king upon request at time of booking, a flat screen TV as well as an attached full bath and access to the main lanai. Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, WIFI at no charge, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. The Mauna Lani Terrace is a premier oceanfront property on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island. The Terrace is located adjacent to the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel on the only beachfront condominium site in the Mauna Lani Resort. All guests who stay at the Mauna Lani Terrace will have access to use the communal pool (heated), children's pool, hot tub, Sauna, a community kitchen and picnic areas with seating and gas BBQ's. The picnic areas & community kitchen may be reserved with the Resident Manager for outdoor cookouts. Parking for one vehicle is provided. The Mauna Lani Terrace is a non-smoking property. As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs), Mauna Lani Spa, Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club, Mauna Lani Tennis Shop and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale. The on-site check-in office at the Mauna Lani Terrace is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency.
