Off the historic Red Road near Kehena Beach and Pohoiki, Hale Kukui Ola is a peaceful vacation home with a great location for exploring The Big Island of Hawai'i. Bask on the sunny ocean view lanai, soak in the private hot tub after a day adventuring and enjoy the home's gorgeous landscaped yard. With two stories and two bedroom suites, you've got a lot of room to spread out and enjoy traveling in style. Base rate for up to 4 guests, we welcome up to 5 guests in our home (additional fee for the 5th guest).
The main part of the home features an open-concept living, dining and kitchen room with soaring windows to let in the sun and ocean views! The lanai has both covered and uncovered areas for both sun-worshipers and shade lovers alike. The air-conditioned master bedroom has a comfortable Cal-king bed, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The living area has a flat screen TV, WiFi and DVD player. Up the stairs is a bright loft with a day bed and glorious ocean views. The first level bedroom suite is entirely separate with its own entry, queen size bed and full bathroom. We welcome up to 5 guests in our home.
Enjoy our gardens and floral landscaping. We take great pride in the varieties of local flowering plants, tropical fruits and exotic flora here. Our little neighborhood offers a perfect growing climate and you may encounter pop-up fruit stands, enjoy!
Kalapana Seaview Estates is off-the -beaten-path along the scenic Red Road of the Lower Puna district of the Big Island. We are close to the brand new (2018) black sand beach at Pohoiki (Isaac Hale Beach Park), Uncle Robert's Wednesday Night Market and extraordinary lava flow museums and site-seeing in and around Pahoa Village! For eco-friendly, adventure travelers, romantics and those wanting to 'get away' this is a PERFECT spot!
Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area. Please be respectful of the neighbors and do not block driveways, sidewalks or mailboxes.
