Relax on the lanai and enjoy views of the golf course and mountains, or enjoy the nearby amenity center, which includes a gym, hot tub and pool.
I22 has an open living room and kitchen that connects with a glass slider to the lanai. The master bedroom has a king bed, mountain and fairway views, an en-suite bathroom and a television. The guest bedroom has two twins beds (that can be converted to a King upon request) and television. The condo includes a covered parking stall. Amenities include wireless internet access at no additional charge, central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and covered lanai. Built in 2003, the Fairway Villas are contemporary Hawaiian Plantation town homes located across the lake from the King's Shops. All units offer an island-style feeling appropriate for the plush setting of Waikoloa Beach Resort.
All guests who stay at the Fairway Villas at Waikoloa will have access to use the communal pool & hot tub, communal gas BBQ's (first come, first serve basis) and fitness room. Parking for one vehicle, per unit is provided. The Fairway Villas is a non-smoking property. Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited.
The Fairway Villas Association has scheduled a tile replacement project in buildings B, C, F, I, J and N (subject to change without notice).
