Enjoy the acclaimed Waikoloa Resort from Vista E-103, a renovated and quiet 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo close to beaches, restaurants and shops. This spacious ground floor condo is one of the largest floor plans in the complex with over 1400 square ft of indoor space and an additional 340 square ft of outdoor lanai space to enjoy evening meals while you watch a spectacular sunset. The condo is fully furnished with all the essentials that you will need including a spacious and upgraded kitchen, dining and living area and 2 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, a washer/dryer, HDTVs and free wifi make Vista E103 a perfect tropical get-away!

Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, complimentary WIFI access, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. The Vista Waikoloa complex is centrally located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort & is within walking distance to shops, restaurants & Anaeho'omalu Bay (known as A-Bay). Built in 1991, these condos are spacious & larger than most properties. All guests who stay at the Vista Waikoloa will have access to use the communal lap pool (heated), two hot tubs, large covered pavilion with gas BBQ's (first come, first serve basis), fitness room and business center with access to WIFI, printer & fax. Parking for one vehicle is provided.

The Vista Waikoloa is a non-smoking property. Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited.

The Vista Waikoloa Association has scheduled a re-tiling project on the lanai of all Vista units. Work has begun and during certain phases of the project, construction noise may be audible.Tax Number: TA-024-993-6384-01.
