Wai'ula'ula at Mauna Kea 411 - One of the few and exclusive Estate Homes in the Wai'ula'ula community. This single-family resort home just completed construction at the end of 2015 and boasts spectacular ocean, golf course and sunset views. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath private home features a private pool (unheated) and hot tub, dual master suites, a fully-equipped kitchen and generous living spaces. Fully retractable pocket doors open to the outdoor living spaces with a BBQ, wet bar, lounges and indoor or outdoor dining options. The two master suites each face the beautiful ocean views and boast huge bathrooms and 54" flat screen TV's. Both master bedrooms have large walk-in closets, separate shower and bathtubs, plus a bonus outdoor shower off of one of the bathrooms. The third bedroom is very private with two twin beds, a 32" flat screen TV and peaceful mountain views. WIFI and cable is provided throughout the home as well as the amazing amenities of Wai'ula'ula and the Mauna Kea Resort are just a few minutes away. Amenities in this non-smoking unit include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, WIFI at no charge, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. Wai'ula'ula is located on the "mauka" or mountain-side slopes of the Mauna Kea Resort at the Uplands development, accessed through the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel entrance. This gated community is surrounded by the fairways of the Hapuna golf course and boasts panoramic ocean and mountain views. All guests who stay at Wai'ula'ula will have access to use the communal pool & hot tub and fitness room. Guest also have the option to purchase membership privileges to use the Mauna Kea Resort Club facilities during your stay. The cost is $95/day (subject to change) and must be purchased directly through Mauna Kea Residential Guest Services at least 2 weeks PRIOR to your arrival. Our Reservations Department will provide you with the registration form (when you make a reservation) and it will be your responsibility to complete & return this form back to Mauna Kea Residential Guests Services. Purchase of this membership includes the following privileges at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Beach Resort facilities: Charging privileges at all hotel facilities, access to hotel beach and pools, towels, use of lounge chairs/umbrellas, reduced golf rates at golf courses, reduced rates at the Mauna Kea Seaside Tennis Club, use of two fitness centers (yoga and group classes available for a fee), and an access card for preferred parking at the hotels. Our check-in office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace & is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm. We are available for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency.
