This unit features beautiful new furnishings with clean and sleek designs with tropical accents. The living room and two bedrooms have new flat screen TVs. There is new tile flooring throughout the unit. The kitchen has new counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. After a long day of exploring Maui, this is the perfect condo to rest your head.

  • Maui Banyan T304 was clean and a pretty condo. The rooms were comfortable and everything worked until we somehow pushed the refrigerator back too close to the wall. The freezer door would not shut properly so my daughter had to lift it up a little and shove really hard to get it to pushed the whole thing to close to the wall (I WOULD SUGGEST THAT A BOARD BE MOUNTED ON THE WALL TO STOP IT FROM BEING PUSHED BACK TOO FAR. The cooling process stopped and when we returned at the end of the day, the temp inside the refer was 75 and our food was spoiled. The office was closed and I had to call the emergency help people, He instructed me to pull the thing out from the wall and see if that would fix it...which it did.. WE had a light burn out in the bathroom (no windows) and it took 2 days to get that fixed. The vacuum did not work so we could not clean. It appeared that the faucets in the master bathrooms were loose and leaking under the sinks...HOWEVER, the condo itsself is just may be time for a few repairs. Next time I think I will pay extra for an ocean view and hope that I get as nice a place as T 304 is. Thanks.
