  • 1. Unit is very basic and dated. But the grounds are beautiful 2. Customer service was very good 3. Beds are all terrible and need to be replaced. We all had bad backs the whole time we were there. One of our sons had to sleep on a couch which proved to be more comfortable but not convenient 4. Overall level of satisfaction was just OK. If it wasn't direct waterfront we would not recommend the unit 5. Would recommend the unit because it has 3 bedrooms and is waterfront, otherwise not 6. The unit does not have any water toys such as boogie boards, straw beach mats, beach chairs which is normally supplied at others do 7.
