The downstairs ensuite master bedroom and bath have been remodeled and enjoy tropical landscapes with pool views.

The small upstairs deck is the perfect place to relax or step out to enjoy the ocean views with your sunset cocktail or morning coffee. The upstairs loft area was thoughtfully designed with separation of space in mind and easy access to the ocean views from the deck. There are two separate sleeping areas upstairs, each with its own queen bed, flat screen TV, seating and clothes storage area. Please be aware, these upstairs rooms are open over the stairway and do not have privacy doors. The beautiful white beam ceilings reduce head room while still providing full standing height in most areas. Both bathrooms are located downstairs.

Double pane glass windows and split ductless central air conditioning throughout the home keep it cool inside. This is a perfect set-up for children and extended families.
