Kalea at Ho'olei, Residence 39-5, is located on the third row of town homes, up the hill at Hoolei, one of the most unique and perfectly designed gated residential communities on Maui. Hoolei is located directly across the street from the iconic Grand Wailea Resort, on Wailea beach, one of the top-rated beaches in the world. This wonderful combination of location, features and space provide our guests with a vacation experience that is simply unparalleled.

Hoolei is a gated community of two-level town homes, each with a garage and three bedrooms. Spacious, well built, and full of modern luxury features, this development is very un-like many of the classic condominium develops in the area. One of the the most important features of Hoolei is its relationship to the Grand Wailea Resort, not only from a proximity standpoint, but from a service standpoint. A limited number of Hoolei homeowners have been selected to provide their guests access and use of the Grand Waileas facilities. We are proud to be included in the Grand Waileas rental program, giving you the service, access and amenities of this fabulous resort. Grand Wailea staff members work at Ho'olei, quickly responding to any request - from concierge arrangements for restaurants and activities to housekeeping services. This is a great mix of resort service and amenities while you stay in a luxurious $3.5M villa.

When you stay at Kalea at Hoolei, you are also a Grand Wailea Resort guest, meaning you and your family may utilize the Grand Waileas eight pools, water water slides, beach chairs, spa, gym and other services and amenities. You even have charging privileges!

While you are out enjoying Wailea, resort staff will professionally clean the villa EACH DAY! Our professional staff utilize Hilton/Waldorf Astoria's approved cleaning products and processes to ensure your villa is kept spotless and safe.

When you arrive at Hoolei, Grand Wailea staff members will greet you and provide a tour of the many features of the home. Youll learn how to operate the entertainment systems, connect to the high-speed wireless Internet, and adjust the climate control systems. Our concierge will be happy to arrange your dinner reservations and daily activities. Spa services at Spa Grande, the Grand Waileas award winning spa may also be arranged. Our staff will provide you with beach and pool towels each day at the resort and at the Hoolei pool.

Once youve settled into your new Wailea home, youll start to notice the details. We believe that everything speaks and have professionally furnished the home with top rated furniture, custom bedding, luxurious mattresses, and original works of art. Lighting on dimmers, flat panel televisions, and an incredibly fast wireless Internet system are there for you as well. Enjoy the fabulous ocean view from the living, dining or kitchen areas or open the Fleetwood sliding glass doors and enjoy indoor/outdoor living on the large lanai.

The chefs kitchen includes two Sub-Zero refrigerators, four freezer drawers, granite counter tops, a Dacor gas range, microwave, and convection oven. Weve thought of everything.from a wok to a waffle iron. There are more than enough settings for eight guests. For a celebration dinner, consider having our concierge arrange a private chef and watch a professional prepare your meal in the comfort of your own home with dining on your private lanai. On the upper lanai, a six burner Wolf gas grill with an additional refrigerator is there for your BBQ meal while enjoying the ocean view.

The comfortable, contemporary design of Kalea lends itself to peaceful contemplation as you watch the amazing sunsets or a lively dinner with friends and family. We wanted the home to be visually impressive while remaining completely comfortable. Its not easy to find a vacation rental home that is this thoughtfully done. When you include the Grand Wailea Resorts service and facilities, youve just found the best of both!

Each of the three bedrooms includes an ensuite bath. The upper bedroom includes two queen sized beds and each lower suite includes a king sized beds. The bedding is custom made and each room is professionally designed. Luxurious high thread count sheets, sumptuous towels and Spa Grande bath products are included.

The living room / great room includes a sleeper sofa and plenty of space to enjoy a movie on the large flat panel television. Your fully equipped kitchen shares this great room space and is perfect for entertaining and enjoying friends and family while you (or your private chef) prepares a meal. The kitchen includes all the necessary implements along with a gas range, convection oven and microwave. While you have lots of choices of wonderful Wailea restaurants, it's always nice to be able to create your own quick snack or gourmet meal in your home!
