The elegantly remodeled unit at Kuilima Estates West has all the amenities to make your Hawaiian vacation feel like home, complete with new modern furnishings, gorgeous cabinetry, and split AC units in the living areas as well as window AC in the bedroom. The large Primary suite includes a plush king-sized bed, ceiling fan, and garden views. The unit also has the potential to accommodate two additional guests in a comfortable pull-out queen-sized sofa bed. There is also an pull-out twin-sized ottoman that can be made available for use; (Please note that use of the ottoman bed will need to be prearranged at the time of booking and will incur an extra $25.00 per night fee.)

The shared bathroom comes with a single vanity and shower/tub combo, along with complimentary shampoo, hair conditioner, and body wash.

The open concept for Unit #104 is perfect for entertaining with the bright and spacious kitchen and living area ready for your use. Equipped with a full array of new stainless-steel appliances and an island countertop with three bar stools, the contemporary kitchen is the ideal locale to host all your island meals. The living area includes a smart flatscreen television equipped with cable TV, Bose Bluetooth speaker, and several seating options for a cozy night of entertainment, as well as a table fit for 2-4 people to enjoy a cocktail or a tasty meal. Enjoy the view of the immaculate Turtle Bay golf course (designed by Arnold Palmer) from the comfort of your personal covered lanai outfitted with chairs and a table to further relax in front of the serene vista.

The surrounding area of Kuilima Estates West welcomes a large variety of activities such as walking distance to Turtle Bay Luau, horseback riding, surfing, nearby walking/running trails, tennis courts, basketball hoop and pickleball courts. 24-hour on-site security and a gated entrance ensure the utmost safety for guests of the Estates. There are also a number of dining options within walking distance from the unit, including the on-property restaurants such as Lei Leis Bar and Grill and Roys Beach House.

Whether you spend your days tanning at the beach, practicing your swing at the golf course, shopping downtown, or just relaxing at home, escape to Kuilima Estates Condo #104 for a peaceful and playful Hawaiian vacation.

Helpful notes:
-Guests will be assigned 1 parking stall during their stay.
-Kuilima Estates West Condo Complex offers their own pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, and shared BBQ grills.
-The sandy beach lagoon just in front of the Villas and Roys Beach House is open to everyone.
-Hotel tennis and pickle ball courts, access to the hotel pool, and passes for the hotel gym can be inquired about through the hotel. Please call the activity desk or Nalu gym for up to date information prior to your stay.
-Exercise classes or private massages can be booked at the Nalu spa just inside the hotel.
-Horseback lessons, surf lessons, and helicopter rides can be booked at the activities desk in the hotel lobby.
-The Fazio and Arnold Palmer Golf Courses located in the resort were named one of the top 100 courses in the country by Golf Digest.
-Waimea Bay, The famous Banzai Pipeline, and Polynesian Cultural Center are all just a short drive away.
-Please note there is a $25 nightly fee for the optional ottoman twin bed. Please contact guest support to arrange access BEFORE arrival.

-Please also be advised that you are staying in the country, in a tropical environment, close to the ocean. Ants, chickens, peacocks, geckos, termites, cockroaches, and other animals live here and are a regular part of everyday life. We do treat pests professionally and will always provide you with a clean well-kept home, but note that these types of visitors are not uncommon.
