Our Hawaiian-style 3 bedroom 3 bath vacation home is just steps from the sand of beautiful Kailua Beach on the island of Oahu. Hear the sounds of the surf at night and the trade winds through the coconut trees. Relax. Walk on the beach. Swim. Lay in the sun. Enjoy life Hawaiian-style. Our home is designed for a comfortable, casual way of life, whether you just want to kick-back and relax at world-famous Kailua Beach (consistently voted one of the worlds top beaches) or participate in the many activities available. One house back from the beach, our vacation home, Kaapuni Kainani, offers the amenities of beach living without beachfront prices. We're also a short drive over the Pali to Honolulu and the famous beach and nightlife of Waikiki.

Just about everything you need for an outstanding, memorable Hawaiian vacation should be here, down to the beach towels and boogie boards. We have internet, flat screen TVs, and all of the modern conveniences and comforts you expect, plus an ambiance and setting that is purely, simply only in Hawaii. This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time.


The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30 day period. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

In compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a period of thirty (30) days. If you do not stay for the full 30 day period and stay for your scheduled dates the property will remain vacant through the end of the scheduled 30 day period.

  • We loved staying here. The booking was easy. On sight people were very helpful with a couple minor items. House was very clean and kitchen well stocked. Wonderful location less than 1 block from ocean and beautiful beach. You can hear ocean waves at night through open windows. Only draw back was no A/C. Breeze and fans were sufficient to keep house cool most nights. We would stay here again!

  • We loved the house, I wish I could give it 10 stars!! The neighborhood was quiet and private, the house was clean and supplied with everything we needed. It was wonderful to have our family all under one roof, as opposed to a hotel, and with enough beds and baths to serve all. The beach was amazing and so close, and we appreciate all the beach toys that were made available for our use. It was a short trip into town for anything we needed, it couldn't have been more convenient. We had a wonderful time with our adult children and grandchildren and I highly recommend this rental. Thank you!!
