This large, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Villa was just purchased by the new owner and is now our NEWEST Vacation Rental! The villa was custom fitted with high end furnishings and great detail to the household items. The villa has all stainless appliances (including a wine cooler) new small appliances and all new kitchenware, as well as new linens throughout. The Master bedroom has a King bed and the second has two new extra long twin beds that can be converted to a King if you wish. There are TV's and ceiling fans in each bedroom, and the Master bedroom has it's own access to the large lanai that overlooks the pool with Ocean Views as well.
The villa is on the fourth floor of the ocean tower and is only steps from the breathtaking sand bottom beaches of the Honu Lagoon. The Beach Villas resort features lagoon style pools including a sand bottom pool for the kids, a lap pool, three Jacuzzis, koi ponds, waterfalls, and lush tropical gardens. There is an on-site fitness center and the private Makai Hale Beach Bar.
Located just 18 miles 2 from the Honolulu airport on West Oahu at the prestigious five star Ko Olina resort. At this exclusive resort, you can enjoy a round of golf at the Ted Robinson designed resort course, sailing and whale watching at the Ko Olina Marina, spa days at the Four Seasons and Disney Aulani resorts, and walk to numerous dining options
The lanai will be closed off during working hours (8:30 AM until 4:30 PM Monday through Friday). The lanai will be accessible after working hours with limited lanai furniture supplied such as stacking chairs etc.
We understand the hesitance towards booking a property with limited access to the lanai, but remember the best views are seen from the beach. after all, Mai Tais taste best on the beach! Between the memorable adventures to be had on the Tropical Island of Oahu and the shopping, beaches, restaurants, and bars that Ko Olina has to offer we find you will not be missing the lanai during the day!
The remainder of the Beach Villas resort will be open but may have walkway and amenities limitations during this resort wide painting project.

$494 - $1,251 per night. 50% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax.
