Enjoy the quiet 16 acres with Keauhou Bay and Keauhou Shopping Center within walking distance, a fairway to the north, and Heeia Bay on the south.

This twostory retreat features an ample lanai with a wet bar sink and minifridge and a couple of inviting chairs overlooking the ocean and beautiful grounds. The secondfloor lanais is also a great viewing point for you and your friends. Push off your slippers and watch the sunset, ocean, dolphins, and wintertime humpback season from both lanais this is the place to truly live the Hawaiian dream!

The carpeted living area boasts an extensive sofa right in front of a smart TV with streaming and cable options. There are a handful of familyfriendly board games that will make your stay even more entertaining. When mealtime comes around, the new, fullyequipped kitchen has all the essentials to whip up tasty snacks and homemade meals. The first floor hosts a private bedroom with an attached officelike space with ocean views, a desk, and several desk chairs. On the second floor, you will find a second private bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a balcony. Additional amenities include a stackable washerdryer, a surfboard, a boogie board, tennis rackets, a standup paddleboard, heated towel racks, an air fryer, and a Japanese toilet.
