THINGS TO KNOW
This home does not have any groundfloor bedrooms.
Beginning in September 2022, work on Phase II of the irrigation system will begin. This project will take about three months to complete. There will be significant impact around the Buildings 8 thru 12, amp Building 21 as they dig new trenching and replace irrigation systems. Expect noise amp dust from the work.

Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
