Youll find this gardenlevel condo at Waikoloa Colony Villas, a beautiful community that sits one mile inland from Anaehoomalu Beach. If golf is on the agenda, youll be half a mile west of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, and one mile south of the Mauna Lani Golf Course and the Francis H. Ii Brown Golf Courses. Queens MarketPlace and Kings Shops are both just a quartermile away, and you can even swim with the dolphins at the Hilton Waikoloa one mile away.

THINGS TO KNOW
Irrigation work is underway and scheduled to complete by the end of April 2023. Buildings 12, 13, 14, 15, and 19 will be close to the construction. Expect associated noise and dust. Additional irrigation work will start in October or Nov of 2023, with no projected end date. Buildings 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, and 23 will be impacted.
The Makai pool will be closed for construction starting the second week of April 2023 and is expected to last until July.
