After a long day of exploring the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower and set the beach towels to spin in the private washer/dryer. If someone needs to complete some remote work before heading to the beach, there are workspaces on the main floor and in the third bedroom with high speed internet, all rooms are equipped with AC units for extra comfort. The lowest floor is perfect for grandparents or anyone who has trouble with stairs a sitting area, a shower with a bench, and two level entrances to the backyard guarantee privacy. Enjoy ipe wood and tile style floors throughout the home and ceiling fans, AC in every bedroom for maximum comfort. Outside, there are beautiful lemon, guava, avocado, and banana trees, in addition to trees with grafted orchids! There is ample space for kids to play and explore in the outside backyard with ocean views at the end of the backyard.

The first bedroom is on the ground floor and features a a private backyard entrance and an ensuite bathroom with a standalone shower. Adjacent to the first bedroom is a seating play area outfitted with a comfortable sofa bed. The rest of the bedrooms are on the third floor, so everyone can enjoy time together on the second floor without disturbing anyone's sleep. The second bedroom to the right of the top of the stairs features a stunning mountain view, a private entrance to the upper balcony, and an extensive ensuite bathroom with a standalone shower, double sinks, and a jetted tub. Down the hall, the third bedroom features a bunk bed with ocean and peak views. The fourth and final bedroom is separated from the third by a sliding door. A full bathroom with double sinks and a standalone shower serves these final two bedrooms. Each room and common area is equipped with brand new AC units.
