From the two expansive lanais to the provided beach gear, this home is sure to make your next Kauai getaway one to remember.

This twostory home sits on a large corner lot near the heart of Princeville, a position that gives it panoramic views of the surrounding neighborhood and mountains. Within a mile of your door, you'll find worldclass golf, beaches, tennis, a shopping center, several restaurants, and Emmalani Park. You'll even have two bikes to help you get around with ease, as well as boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, coolers, and a small Weber grill for your beach days.

Each morning begins outdoors, sipping coffee and enjoying an alfresco breakfast on one of the two lanais that wrap around the house. You could easily spend the entire day here watching your kids play on the lawn, reading in the afternoon breeze, and admiring one of the North Shore's famous sunsets over Bali Hai.

Inside, the house feels open and spacious, with large rooms, plentiful windows, and an airy floor plan that brings the main living areas upstairs. Cook and dine with a commanding view in a wellequipped kitchen and dining space, and linger after dinner to watch movies on streaming and cable in the living room.
