The spacious living room boasts extra-high wood coffered ceilings, and handsome porcelain-tiled flooring. Guests have plenty of space to lounge on a plush sectional (converts into a sofa bed), and two lounge chairs. Four sous chefs can enjoy bar seating to watch the designated chef. The dining area has a table for six, to accommodate formal meals or card games. There is a large-flat screen HD for guests to enjoy in-home entertainment. This unit is one a few units in the complex that offers a split system for air conditioning (as opposed to the older, window mounted air conditioning units). The Fujitsu system provides a comfortable, consistent and quiet indoor environment, all while being environmentally friendly. Cools the rooms in a matter of minutes and allows you to easily control the temperature room-by-room.

The showstopper of this unit is undoubtedly the expansive, open-air private lanai that features spectacular ocean and island views. Furnished with a patio table and four chairs, guests will enjoy the beginning and ending of each day soaking in this view.

When its time to wind down, each bedroom serves as a lavish haven of comfort with high-end bedding and linens, a television, a fan, and storage space. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a queen-sized bed, two nightstands, and a dresser with eight drawers. The en suite bathroom has a double bathroom vanity with plenty of storage space. The bathroom features a rain-like shower and a ceiling mount shower head. The second bedroom is located off of the living room and has a nightstand on either side of the queen-sized bed. There is also a dresser with six drawers for guests to unpack. Adjacent to the second bedroom is the second bathroom which has a sink, and shower/tub. The third sleeping space has two tropical-inspired twin beds and plenty of storage space.

Special features include a Bose stereo system with I-pod dock, in-room safe and wireless internet access. 2nd floor unit, 5 stairs from ground level plus one story up.
