Take in beautiful sunset views of the marina and the Pacific Ocean from the private lanai. Enjoy refreshing swims in the large heated pool a second sunbathing pool offers additional shared outdoor space.

Located in a convenient neighborhood, great boutiques, eateries, and the beach are all within walking distance.

LIVING AREA

Kick back in the open living area, complete with a sleeper sofa and flatscreen TV. A mirrored wall reflects the beautiful water view outside.

KITCHEN amp DINING

Complete with a full suite of appliances, the wellequipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare delicious meals.

When your culinary creations are ready, the breakfast bar has seating for three.

BED amp BATH

This studio sleeps four guests between two fullsize beds and a fullsize sleeper sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress. A room partition can be pulled closed to separate the two fullsize beds from the sitting area.

The bathroom has a walkin shower.

OUTDOOR AREA amp AMENITIES

Enjoy morning coffee and water views on your private lanai, complete with a table for four. This private 120squarefoot area overlooks the marina and the Pacific Ocean.
