There are three spacious bedrooms, featuring a king bed, a queen bed, and a trundle-style bed, along with three full baths. A second-floor den that can be turned into a fourth bedroom with a pull-out sofabed or used as an office.

Other amenities include a digital phone service with long-distance calling within the U.S., TVs throughout the home, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and a two-car (compact) garage.
