Kona Lava Beach House - The house and location are both perfect. I got chills (good ones) when I walked into the house for the first time. There was a mama whale and her calf out in the water blowing and playing. What a welcome. I love the big island, it is my favorite. I will definately be back. We will always try to travel with other couples so we can stay in this wonderful house.

Hale Ke Kai - Hi! This house is a dream! Beautiful artwork, exquisite artificial flower arrangements, handsome furniture and rugs, and a handsomely equipped kitchen. This house could not have been better for us. We, my husband and I, stayed there with our youngest child, her spouse, and their three young children. We all enjoyed the beauty of the house, its closeness to the sea, its wonderful lava rocks and tide pools, and the superb pool. The children -- nine cousins in all (six stayed at another house) couldn't get enough of the pool. Everything about the house was beautifully designed and excellently maintained. We would go back in a flash! Aloha!

Hale Ke Kai - Beautiful house! Excellent ocean view, we really enjoyed the sound of the surf. The location was great too, you could walk to the beach, and shopping was just a few minutes away. Our kids really enjoyed the pool too. Would highly recommend for any family, or two couples-plenty of room to spread out.

Hale Ke Kai - It was first class with nothing left to want in a vacation rental. Beautiful home, great location with relaxing surroundings completed this home. The customer service received with fast and efficient. We had to call for service with a couple of things and our questions and concerns were addressed immediately. The best part of my trip was being able to relax with my family in a home instead of a matchbox hotel room in surroundings that are first class. The best restaurant we found was Huggos by the marina. We took many pictures and will have to have them developed this week, but probably the best picture was of the family on the deck at the home. I will tell all of my friends of this home and how well we enjoyed ourselves. My advice to someone staying in this unit is to plan on staying at least 10 days or more. One week is not enough. There are so many things to do that you find yourself rushing back to the house as it is too beautiful to be gone long from it. I would definitely recommend this home to my friends and family, as we had the best time and will always have a lifetime of memories of our stay. On our next trip we plan to stay longer and will definitely stay in a home as compared to a hotel. Staying in a home makes your vacation much more personable, relaxing and lets you gauge your vacation schedule by what you want to do instead of running your vacation schedule on someone else's. We look forward to our stay again in Hawaii.

Kona Lava Beach House - The house was perfect, absolutely awesome. My wife and I and 3 sons had a wonderful time and hated to have to leave. Pool and hot tub were great, 180 degree ocean view was amazing as was the snorkeling right in front of the house- thousands of fish in 70 foot visibility. Beds were comfortable, rooms and bathrooms were big and clean, kitchen was fairly well stocked with hardware (and even some food items) and the ice chest and body boards were nice to take to the beaches. We will definately be staying here our next trip to the big island. Mahalo!

Hale O'Lihi Kai - Fabulous location! Love the ability to walk to town yet have total privacy from neighbors & a very special beach/lagoon in front. House & pool have marvelous design with ease/comfort for multiple people to have their own space.

Hale Ke Kai - I would highly recommend staying at the Hale Ke Kai!! It is a very beautiful home, beautifully decorated with all of the conveniences of home and then some. The location is wonderful!! We were more than pleasantly surprised. It exceeded our expectations. We look forward to staying there again!! BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! THANK YOU TO THE OWNER FOR OPENING UP HIS HOME TO US!!
