This corner unit Kuilima Condo is the perfect spot for your Hawaiian Vacation. Located on the esteemed Turtle Bay Golf course, home of the Fazio and Palmer Courses along with beautiful backdrops of the Turtle Bay Stables. This condo is an updated 3-bedroom, two bath condo that comfortably sleeps 7. This unit offers sweeping views of the golf course, tropical landscaping in common areas, and walking access to some of Turtle Bay Resorts amenities including the beach lagoon or nearby restaurants. All the home amenities are included from fully equipped kitchen to cable TV to washer and dryer and a screened in lanai providing a relaxing sanctuary. Perfect location to end every day with a stunning Hawaiian sunset on the North Shore of Oahu when you stay at this property.

The first floor bedroom has an ensuite with king size bed. On the first floor there is also a large living area with a bonus room that has a full sized bed that can be used as a daybed or for lounging. The washer dryer unit and kitchen and eating area, along with access to the outside yard are located adjacent to the master bedroom. The upstairs bedrooms have a queen size bed in one room, and full and twin in the other with an upstairs shared bathroom.

As part of the Kuilima Estates amenities, you will have access to the Kuilima West condo complex which includes 3 pools, shared BBQ grills (bring your own charcoal and tools) and tennis courts. Turtle Bay Stables, just minutes away, offers trail rides on horseback.

Please be advised that you are staying in the country, close to the ocean. Ants, chickens, peacocks, geckos, termites, cockroaches and other animals live here and are a regular part of everyday life. We do treat for pests professionally and will always provide you with a clean well-kept home, but note that these types of visitors are not uncommon.

Please note, this unit is not equipped with Air Conditioning; however, ceiling fans, windows, and sliding doors allow the Hawaiian trade winds to flow freely through the unit keeping this space cool and comfortable.

-Guests will be assigned 1 parking stall during their stay.
-Although access to the hotel pool is not included, the Kuilima Estates West Condo Complex offers their own pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, and shared BBQ grills.
-The sandy beach lagoon just in front of the Villas and Roys Beach House is open to everyone.
-Exercise classes or private massages can be booked at the Nalu spa just inside the hotel.
-Horseback lessons, surf lessons, and helicopter rides can be booked at the activities desk in the hotel lobby.
-The Fazio and Arnold Palmer Golf Courses located in the resort were named one of the top 100 courses in the country by Golf Digest.
