The project is scheduled to begin Monday, April 1, 2024, with a planned completion date of Sunday, May 5, 2024. As is the case with any construction project, there may be delays due to weather or other uncontrollable factors, and these dates will then be adjusted accordingly. The project will result in community road closure; hence you will have to park off the property. The pool, spa, pool deck, and grills will be closed, and during this time, it will be treated as a construction zone which means it will generate dirt, noise & fumes.
