This spacious home boasts an open concept living area with a large great room decorated in modern island flair, large dining area that overlooks the lanai with ocean views! The fully equipped and stocked kitchen is a great highlight of this home with stainless steel appliances, abundant counters and cabinets, plus an expansive koa wood bar to enjoy your fresh island breakfast and coffee each morning. The Master suite hosting a comfortable King bed and private doors to access the wrap around lanai, second bedroom offers another comfortable King bed with en-suite full bathroom while the third bedroom just down the hallway has two twins (which can be converted into a King if requested) and also has a private door to access the wrap around lanai. All bedrooms have gorgeous roman shades which allow you to control all the natural light that comes in through the abundance of windows in each bedroom. Full third bathroom located in hallway. There is a gas BBQ on the lanai with lanai dining tables and loungers to enjoy family time while preparing your meals an soaking in the ocean breezes. There are nearby restaurants just minutes away, some of the best dining on the north shore for the nights you want to experience island dining. Please note that due to the significant North Shore flooding event of April 2018, some major repair is still ongoing.
