Flex your cooking muscles in the simple and practical kitchen, complete with fullsize appliances and windows that open to the living and dining rooms. The fourperson dining table is the perfect spot for family meals or fun board games. Out on the private lanai, you can dine al fresco at another fourperson table, or settle in with a good book in one of the two loungers.

Other helpful amenities include free WiFi in the condo, as well as coinoperated laundry and a large grilling area on the grounds.

From April 26, 2021 until July 16, 2021, from 9 am to 330 pm Monday thru Friday, weather permitting, painting of the exterior of the building will be taking place. High work will require that the painter use an extension ladder to access certain areas of the building. The painter will need to enter your condo to open windows and paint the exterior door and balcony area. The painter will move the lanai table and chairs and place them in the condo when painting the balcony. We ask that you assist with the preparation by removing your personal items from the outside furniture and placing them inside the condo until the work is complete. Thank you!
