Welcome to Emmalani Court 523 on the spectacular North Shore of Kauai, a onebedroom, twobathroom condo that boasts one of the best locations on the Garden Island. From your private lanai, admire harmonious views of the neighboring Princeville Makai Golf Course, local gardens, and the ocean in the distance including breaching whales from November through March. And with a fourseat dining table and extra chairs on the lanai, you can share memorable meals with your ohana familyfriends or simply relax with your favorite tropical drink in the privacy of your home.

This recently updated condo features new flooring, fresh paint, and new, comfortable furnishings and details throughout, including flatscreen TVs, Bluray players, and air conditioning in the primary suite.

On the grounds, theres a very quiet and enjoyable swimming pool area equipped with a hot tub, two gas grills, and a poolside lounge room that can be enjoyed daily or reserved for special events. Emmalani Court features views of the golf course and the ocean in the distance, and its only a short walk to the edge of the ocean bluff where you can take in panoramic views of the water, Turtle Cove beach right below, and worldfamous Kauai sunsets over Bali Hai.

If you dont feel like utilizing the full kitchen the condo has to offer, there are at least four restaurants within walking distance, including those at the Princeville Resort down the street. There are also three nearby beaches that you can walk to but remember, this is Princeville, so youll need to hike down a short trail to get to the sand! and others within a short drive including beautiful Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach, Kalihiwai Beach, Secret Beach, Rock Quarries Beach, Tunnels Beach, and Kee Beach, the list goes on and on. This is Kauais North Shore, and what better place to stay and enjoy all it has to offer!
